Our Midlands team recently delivered a 10.3m³ installation of Cemfloor liquid screed at a stunning new-build home in Stratford-upon-Avon. Supplied by Rock Solid Concrete Ltd, this screed was expertly installed across a large open-plan layout featuring underfloor heating throughout.

The project brief involved installing a smooth, level screed layer over an extensive underfloor heating system running through the entire ground floor. With first-fix carpentry and pipework already in place, our focus was on preparing the surface for a clean, flawless finish.
The team carried out full prep, including insulation boarding, moisture membrane protection, and pegging for accurate depth control. With everything primed and ready, we pumped in over 10 cubic metres of Cemfloor, flowing it seamlessly around structural features and pipework.
The result? A highly levelled screed surface that meets both structural and thermal requirements — ideal for domestic settings with integrated heating systems.
Cemfloor liquid screed, manufactured by McGraths, was selected for its superior flow properties and minimal shrinkage. The product was delivered to site by Rock Solid Concrete Ltd and installed by our expert team using specialist pumping equipment.
Our team coordinated the mix, site preparation, and clean application — all within a tight timeframe. The supplied images show the early stage prep, the screed mid-pour, and the smooth finish of the freshly laid floor reflecting natural light from the rear extension.
