This Southam project involved a newly constructed residential space requiring a high-quality screed layer over underfloor heating and insulation. Our team began by preparing the subfloor with a full membrane barrier, ensuring moisture protection and a clean, level base. Reinforcement pegs and edge protection were put in place for consistent depth control.
Cemfloor, renowned for its flow properties and strength, was pumped in seamlessly using our on-site mobile setup. Despite muddy access conditions, the logistics were handled professionally — as shown in the photos, which capture everything from the delivery and prep, to the fully poured, reflective finish.
Cemfloor liquid screed, manufactured by McGraths, was selected for its superior flow properties and minimal shrinkage. The product was delivered to site by Rock Solid Concrete Ltd and installed by our expert team using specialist pumping equipment.
